The People Infrastructure Operations (PI Ops) team is looking for an HR Coordinator to join us in Brno, Czech Republic. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, maintaining our applicant tracking system, and drafting employment contracts and all new hire-related documentation. You’ll also coordinate learning and development efforts while processing data requests, managing and researching inquires, and virtually supporting training delivery. As a HR Coordinator, you will work with a diverse People (HR) team and contribute toward the continuous improvement of HR services. This is a 6-month contract with a high possibility for expansion to permanent contract.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews for candidates in the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region; support interview coordination in other regions when required
- Work with managers and recruiters to ensure that candidates have an excellent interview experience
- Arrange travel for candidates and manage reimbursement for interview travel expenses
- Update and maintain our learning management system and administer the applicant tracking system (ATS) to update, audit, and maintain candidate data
