In our Shared Services Center we are looking for a new colleague on the position Junior Specialist/Specialist
for Accounts Payable with Turkish and English - Prague
What you will be responsible for?
o administrative work in the field of accounting
o posting of incoming invoices/credit notes and prepayments for particular Siemens company in
Turkey
o administration of dunnings (resolving customers questions related to status of payments of their
invoices)
o control of accounting documents
o participating in monthly, quarterly and yearly closings
o daily communication (e-mail, phone) with customers in Turkey
o close cooperation with other departments (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Master Data)
o regular reporting
o contribution to implementation of new and updated processes
What shall you have?
o high school/university degree
o advanced knowledge of Turkish, English level at least B2
o very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
o customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure
o very good communication skills
o pro-activity, responsibility and punctuality
o time flexibility and team player
