General Purpose - Všeobecný popis pracovní pozice
The Quality Assurance (QA) Services team member is responsible for reporting and logging change requests, communicating with the development team and testing new software & fixes or our flagship Treasury Management System, Salmon Treasurer.
The QA Services team member reports to the head of QA Services and the head of Development. On a daily basis they maintain the change request database and author documentation, monitor the status of all logged items and test the complete change requests, working with other team members to insure the software meets the highest standards.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities - Požadavky náplně práce
- Document software issues reported by the Customer Services team
- Reproduce the reported issues
- Log the resulting change requests within the Change Request database
- Work with the head of QA, Customer Services and Development to assign priority to change requests
- Track the status of all change requests
- Test and verify all software builds from Development
- Produce quarterly release notes and other documentation
- Assure ongoing compliance with internal quality and development policies
Education and Experience - Vzdělání a zkušenosti
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Education in IT or finance preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Microsoft SQL considered beneficial
