Your responsibilities:
- Provide sales support with detailed technical product understanding and product advice to customers
- Manage customer feedback, including concerns and warranty claims
- Coordinate technical training product sessions for customers both in a classroom and workshop environment
- Provide support and feedback on new product development & validation for EU market
- Provide advice and recommendations to development team in Australia for continuous improvement
- European customers technical training
