We are looking for a person who will be member of a team that takes care about applications and system implementation and is a part of Development team or Group IT Production Services team. Your entrepreneurial drive and focus on results will enable you to assure that our internal teams provide timely top application support to our customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Install and support the applications in an multi-culture environment
> bug-fixes and changes implementation> consulting> acceptance testing> responsibility for task delivery – in time, in requested quality
- Solve complex issues/requests for customers.
- Test new changes and implementations.
- Be responsible for task delivery – in time and quality.
- Communication and cooperation with customers, programmers, analysts and testers.
