You will be a part of team delivering Sales module functionality in CRM (Customer relationship management) application.
Main role responsibilities and tasks:
- • You will analyse and document the business processes and business requirements of our internal customer and propose their organizational and technical solutions in the area of the CRM.
• You will support full life cycle of implementation and roll out projects (Requirement analysis, Training, Implementation, Test, go live support).
• If applicable, you will be also implementing changes (customization) in accordance with the application development team.
• You will do initial tests of new developed functionality’s.
• You will be working in a highly international environment and communicate with internal customers and colleagues, building solutions for our European countries.
• If necessary, you will create change requests in cooperation with the application development team by utilizing best practices and methodologies to design, customize, implement and enhance functionality in the area of CRM
