Pracovní náplň
The team is product level support responsible for supporting lower level support teams in solving issues related to the tools for a particular customer from the field, operating system configuration, deployment and administration of different tools for remote management and monitoring in production / test / development environments.
Your customer group will be level 3 support team, architect team and development team
Main role responsibilities and tasks:
- As a member of 4th level support team, will be doing
> Supporting lower level support teams in solving issues related to the tools for a
particular customer from the field,> Linux configuration, > Deployment and administration of different tools for remote management and monitoring in
production / test / development environments.> Discover proper configuration in deep collaboration with SW developers, architects and IT
support. As this is innovative project, it is expected ability perform research in order to
find the best fitting tools or technologies.
- Support SW development and Architecture with testing/prototyping components in his/her r
responsibility
- Share knowledge and expertise across support and SW development team
- Play key role in SW deployment process for the components in his/her responsibility.
