KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ What will your responsibilities be?
- Designing and implementing of surveys according to internal needs of business
- Coordination of operations and project partners
- Creating of online questionnaires within in-house survey platform
- Communication with external and internal customers
- Process development and improvement
- Working in an internal system SAP
- Monitoring and controlling new projects and quality management of new implementation
- Creating of technical documentation of survey processes
