Your main responsibilities would be:
- Invoices and Accounts Payable processing
- Checking of invoices on a daily basis
- Issue demand notes
- Solve invoice queries
- Daily communication with clients (based in Germany)
- Regular monthly, quarterly and yearly reconciliation
- Regular reporting activities
