Our client, an American company, has an exciting opportunity for a person based in Prague to join the team supporting Benelux. You will be located in our modern office near the centre of Prague.
You will be responsible for providing the highest standard of support for the client´s both internal and external customers. You and the team will be responsible for developing and maintaining a quality reputation in the marketplace and increasing sales through excellent support.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handle customer master data management
- Work with internal and external customers to ensure fulfiment of all order elements for on-time and accurate delivery
- Handle existing portfolio of customers to place the orders as per request
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Recommend process and procedures improvements that enhance the effectiveness
- On time reporting to management
