Our client, an American company, has an exciting opportunity for a person based in Prague to join the team supporting France. You will be located in our modern office near the centre of Prague.
You will be responsible for providing the highest standard of support for the client´s both internal and external customers. You and the team will be responsible for developing and maintaining a quality reputation in the marketplace and increasing sales through excellent support.
Responsibilities will include:
- Work with internal and external customers to ensure fulfiment of all order elements for on-time and accurate delivery
- Provide quality service and support in handling day-to-day activities of the customer service role for all assigned customers in a perfect manner (all order-to-delivery processes)
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Recommend process and procedures improvements that enhance the effectiveness
- Execute other activities that may be assigned
