Your daily tasks will be:
* Solving or escalating user incidents and requests coming into the Service Desk (identifying, troubleshooting, documenting and resolving issues, collaborating and escalating complex problems according to procedures)
* Providing updates to customers and managing 1st line support - internal support
* Cooperating with team on tasks which need escalation
