As an IT support Analyst, you will be providing technical support relating to IT problems, incidents and queries to Dutch-speaking clients.
What can you expect on daily bases:
* Identify customer requests/problems and follow defined resolution procedures; documentation of troubleshooting efforts and customer informtation in data capture tool
* Be the primary knowledge resource for a product/service and aid in process/procedural improvements
* Provide new hire training and assist in the creation and enhancement of training material
* Ability to pinpoint customer needs and maintain high customer satisfaction
* Follow up on incidents and customer issues via phone, web or email
* Identify root causes for customer dissatisfaction and recommend solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction
