Pracovní náplň
The Global HR Process Expert will be responsible for a new module application implementation and support as part of our client´s global team, including performance, goal, competence, and recruitment related modules. This role plays a key role in the development and implementation.
The main tasks:
* Create, maintain and support a variety of standard and custom reports, queries and metrics to provide business insight into human capital data.
* Develop new and innovative ways to utilize HR systems to gain efficiencies and leverage automation.
* Combine HR knowledge with information retrieval skills to create, maintain, and execute reports that contribute to analysis, decision-making and compliance.
* Review issues and develop solutions and workarounds.
* Heavy involvement in processes and procedures.
* Ensure the knowledge transfer to the Operation team and end users.
* Provide support to HRIS teams globally - come up with solutions for optimization and better use of the systems for end users and HR community.
* Ensure data integrity and follow quality control measures for data accuracy.
* Respond to queries and issues received from the business.
* Handle special global projects, as assigned.
* Modify system configuration when needed.
* Update the system documentation.
