Description (Responsibilities):
- Manage cash applications and create and monitor aging reports
- Participate in the customer collection process
- Manage customer disputes
- Participate in monthly closing of financials
- Account for fixed assets movements and maintain depreciation runs
- Support internal and external audits by providing audit schedules, support and responses to inquiries
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley controls
- Engage in process improvement initiatives
