Your main responsibilities in this position would be:
* Validation of client´s claims
* Administrative support for the team lead
* Processing of data´s in the system
* Provide timely reports and analysis of warranty data
* Regulary reporting
* Translate warranty documents
* Create, maintain and report field campaigns in the system
* Follow-up with dealers via email or phone on warranty issues
* Effective organisation of your diary on a day to day basis
* Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard possible
