What this person does:
* Supports database functions
* Manages CRM database and maintains performances
* Attends conference calls, internal and external meetings to obtain business requests and knowledge
* Presenting the data in a comprehensible way
* Develop reports using multiple reporting systems
* Support internal end user issues with reporting
* Perform other ad hoc support duties as required
* Checks Data Quality, promotes process improvement
* Identifies database requirements connecting them with the business needs
* Recommends solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, data back-up and recovery specifications
* Contributes to team training and development efforts
