Your responsibilities will be:
* Organizing events, catering, meetings for VIP clients
* Communicating daily in Czech and English with business clients
* Support reception
* Managing phone calls, e-mails, welcoming guests
* Upload new customers into company system and set credit limits
* Processing and checking orders in Arriba system (training will be provided)
* Providing ad hoc administrative tasks
