I am currently recruiting for an Internal Recruiter to join a fantastic, high growth, business based in Prague.
The company has grown rapidly and continues to do so, hence looking for an energetic recruiter to join the team.
* Manage full cycle recruitment functions from job advertisement, sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, to hiring of successful candidates
* Work closely with the HR team and Senior Management to ensure successful workforce planning
* Represent at industry events, using the opportunity to network and interact with potential candidates
* Develop an awareness of local competitors, industry trends
* Identify requirements of ideal profiles from hiring managers
* Support and advise hiring managers in the recruitment and selection process
* Encourage employee referrals to network and build a pipeline of talent
* Constantly source and build relationships with potential candidates to maintain a strong pipeline for future vacancies
* Maintain & provide weekly recruitment reports
