To our continuously growing Business Services branch, that is focused on clients from international environment, we are seeking enthusiastic candidate to fill the role of Recruitment Consultant.
The role includes, but is not limited to the following tasks:
* Selection of CVs and subsequent interviews with applicants (with both locals and expats)
* Job advertisements (creating job ads and its susequent posting on job portals)
* Responsibility for complex recruitment solutions for our clients (interviews with candidates, direct search, client account management etc.)
* Working on key projects for our existing clients, building long-term relationships
* Occasional negotiations with new clients or investors
* Monitoring current labour market situation and its trends
* Cooperation with universities and language institutes
* Participation in various HR conferences and events
* Working with social media
