Our client is offering an interesting and challenging opportunity to become one of the Recruitment Advisors, joining a Recruitment Centre of Expertise team based in Prague, supporting internal clients in the Company’s affiliates in various European countries.
This exciting role focuses on attracting and hiring highly qualified candidates in line with the company’s recruiting strategies. You will become a trusted advisor to the team of recruiters and will support them in delivering a quality recruitment service to internal clients.
Responsibilities:
- Closely work with in-house recruitment advisors as well as internal clients meeting their recruitment needs in an effective, timely and cost efficient manner.
- Develop impactful candidate sourcing strategies.
- Market vacancies to maximize the attraction of applicants, utilizing all appropriate channels
- Actively source candidates across different disciplines varying from commercial roles, customer services roles, engineering roles to technical manufacturing roles.
- Ensure that all recruitment processes are designed and run in a manner that is in accordance to internal policy.
