Role summary:
* Responsible for territory revenue growth in a country/region
* Manages funnel growth, funnel conversion and customers sales performance within territory including opportunity/deal management
* Recruits and nurtures customers/resellers in order to establish a tight connection with the sales channel
* Participate on recruiting of new team members, coaching
* Motivation of team members, their development
* Act as business advisor, build business plan with the customers/resellers to ensure collaboration is profitable for all parties
