We are currently seeking a REPORTING AND GL TEAM LEADER who will be directly responsible for:
* Accurate preparation of the monthly management accounts and analysis
* Accurate and timely preparation of the half year and full year statutory account packs
* Control, accuracy and integrity of the general ledger account reconciliations
* Completion of the Accounting Control Checklist
* Coordination of the Internal Control Questionnaire
* Identification and implementation of process improvements in the finance function and ensuring that all processes are adequately documented
* Working with cost centre managers and assisting them with cost management, providing analysis and explanations of budget and forecast variances
* Supporting all internal and external audits
* Identification of internal control issues and implementation of changes to remedy these
* Management and leading a team of four direct reports
