As an OFFICE COORDINATOR you will be helping us with all this cool stuff:
* Taking full care of the condition of the office (repairs, office adjustments etc.), participate on the office design
* Ensuring that all the necessary supplies of stationery and equipment are always available and within the budget
* Communication with suppliers, negotiating better deals
* Administration tasks (maintain contracts/amendments and keeping them up to date, review and update Health and Safety Agenda etc.)
* Managing business travel arrangements (transportation, accommodation, car rental, arranging accommodation and airport transfers etc.)
* Participate in special events management (team buildings, dinners etc.)
* Maintain record of staff attendance and working hours
* Maintain in and out-coming emails and correspondence
