As an executive coordinator you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating daily work agendas for German management
* Coordinating meetings and events for international clients
* Planning and scheduling calendars and arrange meeting schedules
* Arranging conference calls, video conferences
* Travel planning - booking flights, taxis, hotels, etc.
* Expense reporting - create and monitor expense reports in expense reporting system
* Building and maintaining good working relationships with other staff members
* Assist in reporting, and identify gaps and emergent problems
* Administrative tasks and support of other departments
* Responsible for the overall executive support of leading managing directors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
* Providing consulting services, regular recommendations and planning - routing correspondence; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
* Managing relationship with client internal/external
