The Cash Collection & Accounts Receivable team facilitates collections of customer payments and is ensuring timely collections and correct allocations, resolving and escalating disputes, and issuing regular reports for respective regions.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring prompt payment
- Monitoring of debt status on the accounts
- Carrying out cash forecasts and reportings
- Communictaing with the customer via phone or email
- Dealing with the incoming payments
- Resolve and answer any client queries
- Cooperation with other colleagues
