As a Credit Controller you will:
* Managing the accounts receivable portfolio for all customers.
* Following up all customer debtor accounts with an ageing balance
* Preparing all customer documentation, including statements and letters
* Reviewing the blocked order reports
* Maintaining customer credit limits and maintaining credit data in SAP
* Facilitating the opening of new customer accounts and amendments to master data
* Developing and maintaining the company’s credit policy
* Negotiating and establishing payment plans
* Managing all bad debt and legal issues and making recommendations to the management
* Processing reconciliations and clean-up of the customer debtor account.
* Ensure compliance with SOX as well as internal rules and regulations
