By applying for this job you are getting one step closer to your new job as a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST. You will become a part of a small, friendly team in the center of Prague, and will be communicating with customers in SCANDINAVIA on a daily basis. This is what your new job will look like:
* Everyday contact with customers and coordination of all activities towards them
* answering questions regarding the products (all sorts of bathroom equipment), purchases, claims, orders etc.
* Giving advice on product, prices and payments if needed
* Processing customer orders, claims solution and return process
* Investigate and resolve customer's problems
* Building a good relationship and trust between the company and customers
Location: Prague 6
Training will be provied.
Start date: We hire those who can start immediately as well as those who have a couple month long notice period
Contract: unlimited, Part Time (30 hours/week)
