As an AP TEAM LEADER you’d have more varied agenda than in most of other multinational companies or SSCs. Your role would include the following:
* Oversee an AP team
* Manage staff in invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation, and payment processing
* Manage disbursement forecasting
* Manage and review month end AP Module closing, reconciliations, and journal entries
* Maintain approval hierarchy
* Perform research and analysis
* Address complex issues, and developing solutions to problems
* Improve processes and enahnce service levels within the organization
* Act as a Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) for AP process
* Perform Sarbanes Oxley controls
