*Responsible for timely and accurate AP invoice and T&E claim processing as per local tax and accounting legislations and company policies
*Review and Match invoices - enter them into system and check processed invoices for accuracy
*Perform and conclude various projects within the P2P department
*Training and re-training of in country users on technical usage of the applications supporting Disbursement value stream as well as P2P / T&E policies.
* Monitor payment status of accounts
* Making sure all expense claims are in accordance to Company Policies
* Assist with month end closures and provided general support to the Accounting department
* Posting and reviewing all expense reports and travel advances of employees
* Reconciliations of bank statements and processing payments
