VENDOR MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR is a challenging role where you will be responsible for B2B and B2C operational problems.
The main responsibilities ARE:
* Ensuring service processes for repairs of electronic devices
* Taking care of the functionality of the electronic devices in given region
* Co-operating with external service partners
* Holding communication with team members, consumers, distributors and dealers
* Controlling of productivity measures in given market and implementing improvements
* Cost and performance controlling (based on KPIs, benchmarking and other reports)
* Participating on designing an effective logistics and repair setting
