Principal Responsibilities of the role:
* Participate in the development of annual business plans for Key Direct and Indirect eCommerce players, implementing in alignment with customer strategies.
* In co-operation develop sales plans, implementing these to achieve the objectives and targets set for the E-Commerce channel.
* Assist in effective negotiations with Customers to implement Terms and Conditions.
* Manage an agreed GTN budget for advertising and promotional support.
* Implement Distribution Policy and comply with Commercial Selling Principles.
* Work in close collaboration with Retail Marketing and drive development and implementation of Shopper Marketing solutions, Coop-Advertising and Digital Marketing Activities in collaboration with eCommerce Partners.
* Communicate and connect with Customers to provide feedback on commercial initiatives and insights on competitors’ activities.
