- Coordination and preparation of regular and ad hoc reports of Sales department
- Preparation package of negotiation for Key Account Managers
- Regular profitability overviews preparation + ad hoc analysis per customers
- To prepare, review assortment, listing per customers incl. competition
- To coordinate and prepare price information – consumer prices regular overview – standard+promo, competition per customers
- To coordinate requirements of head office and other depts.
- To monitor and analyse regularly KAM FC with the aim to improve FC process
- To coordinate sales projects and action plans
- To analyse sales spendings with the aim to find additional resources e.g. for merchandising
- To analyse field activities with the aim to increase effectiveness
- Close cooperation with plant HR and controlling departments
- Cooperation on FTE planning
