Pracovní náplň
* Participate in organization, development and management of accounting system of Zentiva legal entities in the Czech Republic
* Implement Zentiva Corporate financial and accounting procedures and support changes in business operations
* Supervise reconciliation of accounts, updating of accounts in time, including accruals
* Meet employees from different departments and ensures that all the financial transactions and accounts are being updated and cleared at the earliest
* Organize tax returns (in cooperation with Corporate Zentiva Tax) , accounting (supervising outsourced accounting activities), coordinate external auditing, lead the establishment, maintenance, and review of accounting and fiscal records in agreement with corporate procedures and guidelines
* Supervise or cooperate on the preparation of complex financial reports (supervising outsourced activities if relevant)
* Perform other related duties as required
