The position of Account and Finance Manager is relevant to senior or chief accountant who is searching for higher level of professional employment. As ACCOUNT AND FINANCE MANAGER you will be responsible for daily operation of Accounting Department. This will include but not be limited to: overseeing the accounting department and ensuring proper accounting policies and procedures are followed at all times and to assist company’s management team with financial planning and forecasting.
Account and Finance Manager
Your daily duties will be:
* Maintenance of monthly management accounts
* Preparation and review of the monthly financial statements
* GL reconciliation
* Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
* Process month end closing
* Tax compliance and annual tax return
* Intrastat reporting
* Payroll administration (20 people)
* Bank payments (including international payments)
* Cash flow reporting
* Supervision of AP
* Company debtor ledger including risk bad debt & credit limits assessment
* Supervision of inventory integrity
* Responsibility for audit process and year-end financials
* Regular and ad-hoc reporting
* Cost analysis
