Pracovní náplň
For an international technical company, we are looking for candidate for the position of FINANCE MANAGER with planned promotion for the position FINANCE DIRECTOR for CEE region.
Responsibilities:
- Drive company Czech (and later CEE Area) accounting, controlling and financial planning
- Lead the monthly closing process and related reporting
- Lead the budgeting process on a monthly basis including analysis and explanation
- Support and leadership with implementation of new ERP system (SAP) and other IT implementation projects
- Maintain management dashboard with KPI’s, risk and opportunities
- Analyze cash flows and cash flow optimization
- Provide advice to the Finance Director/ lately to the CFO regarding improvements in the broadest sense (KPI’s, Lean, tax matters, foreign currency and any other financial issues)
- Manage relationships with external advisors, internal auditors and external auditors
- Identify business risks and make proposals for risk control
- Continuous improvement of the processes, procedures, reports, and systems of the financial administration
- Support ad hoc business and shareholders requests
