For our client – international company that provides solutions in company benefits – we are searching for suitable candidate for newly opened position DIGITAL OPERATIONS MANAGER.
Our digital payment solution is based on Three Corner Model for card payments, our ambition is to have as many points of sales as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Card Production and distribution service levels management including day to day exception handling and escalation process handling.
- Accountability for monitoring, management and regular maintenance of externalised EFT/POS payment terminals network, assuring smooth communicating with acquiring banks and their servicing companies.
- Assuring smooth and rapid extension of point of sales via partners, partnering companies and via System Integration.
- Assures overall payment transaction flow, makes sure that every consumer transaction gets correctly processed as well as billed and reported.
- Serves as a leader for continuous process and delivery improvement across the company, removing waste by rationalising processes, systems, automating and/or eliminating exceptions.
- Sets appropriate levels and manages SLA/OLAs across the whole transaction process.
- Responsible for assuring digital operation management reporting pack.
