For our client – global employer (with offices in Prague 4) that is specialized in digital network, cybersecurity and hybrid cloud solutions we are looking for suitable candidates for positions - KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for public sector (or finance sector).
Job duties:
- Account management – analyzing client situation and business requirements
- Responsibility for clients within domestic, mid-market or international market segments
- Developing account strategy with the key stakeholders in the specific account
- Building relationships with clients and display understanding of the client industry
- Business development and strategy to identify current and future opportunities
- Watching client satisfaction though entire lifecycle of the client´s buying process
- Generate demand from clients by assisting clients to identify current needs
- Sales planning, developing grow profitability – using company sales tools and methodologies
- Vulnerability analysis
- Cooperation with vendors, partners and internal employees such as Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers to achieve the required results
