For our company we are looking for a new colleague for the position of HR Manager based in PRAGUE, reporting to CEE HR Manager and CZ Regional Directors.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Lead a team of 3 HR Specialists
- To be a partner with business on workforce planning, performance management, compensation, development, succession planning and talent management
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of people issues, fairly representing all interests
- Maintain a positive atmosphere and support local management in retention planning
- Implement group HR policies and processes in the Czech Republic
- Support top management and CEE HR Manager in local HR and communication activities
- Travel all around the Czech Republic (more than 10 branches)
