As a Team Coordinator of Financial Analysts you will be involved with:
* everyday coordination and monitoring of activities of your team members
* setting and evaluating KPIs and providing an ongoing support to a minimum of 10 people
* actively supporting a transition of financial processes from various countries to Prague
* implemententing new processes and ensuring a smooth transition
* participating in the recruitment of new Analysts
* preparing complex regular reporting and ad hoc analyses
* communicating with international offices
