We are seeking candidates on a position of Product Support Analyst With An Experience In Logistics or Supply Chain.
What will you be required to do?
- Provide support to customers
- Answering questions on function and technical aspects of the product via telephone and internet
- Be fully responsible for the resolution of issues that you are handling
- Convey customer feedback to the product development team
- Keep customers informed about how and when the problems will be resolved
- Maintain the information in a global knowledge base
This position serves as primary support liaison between company and customer, in a high team oriented environment.
