English + French

This job opportunity is with an international manufacturing company in Vsetín area. Are you a fit?
What will you actually be doing?
Communicate with EU clients in French and English
Order processing and updating in SAP, data management
Updating price lists and product sheets
Coordination of instalation abroad
Dealing with customer queries, questions, complaints
Cooperation with production planning department
What skills do you need?
Great language skills – fluent of both English and French
Communication and organization skills,
Previous experience with customer services or sales is an advantage
Basic PC skills (Ms Office, SAP)
Team spirit and stress tolerance
