Based within a shared service center in Prague the Order Management specialist is responsible for customer facing activities such as:
- Order entry and order confirmations to customers and sales as well as accuracy of price at order registration
- Answering queries from customers and sales in relation to product availability or orders.
- Receiving and register claims (financial and logistics) and ensure timely feedback loop to the customers.
- Interact with all functions (priority management and transport) in case of rush orders, campaign priority etc. via update of the systems and close loop follow up
- Credit and debit note creations after necessary approvals received
