Responsibilities
In the role of Sales Manager you will:
• Manage existing clients toward continued growth and performance verses operating plan
Develop, from a commercial point of view, the Area of your competence.
Periodically draws up, coinciding with the forecast meetings, the sales budget regarding the Area of your competence, establishing the targets in line with the directives of the local MD and monitoring the results constantly.
• Provide accountability to deliver on commitments and communicate progress, needs, and strategies to win in a competitive landscape
• Perform regular performance management reviews of client business plans including progress in account penetration, opportunity pipeline development, orders growth and identification of target areas for improvement
She/He is responsible for not reaching and not fulfilling exactly the targets assigned to him, and to the resources that refer to him, as well as for eventual problems that could occur inside the Area of his competence.
• Learn product offerings within Camozzi product portfolio including new C-fluid and C-Electric.
• Drive orders and convertibility of orders (sales) to achieve targets and year-over-year growth.
• Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with clients across multi-layered organizations
• Support trade shows, vendor days, and client learning sessions by presenting Camozzi solutions, business cases and other client marketing presentation material
• Negotiate contracts including commercial terms, pricing and fulfillment of all compliance requirements
