Financial Controller
Overall Job Description:
He or she will further develop the cost accounting and calculation principles and assure proper implementation and maintenance in all group companies. The Czech group work in close cooperation with the local ang group management to reach the set goals. The Group Controller will be directly reporting to the Group CFO based abroad.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the cost accounting and internal cost allocation principles and system.
- Calculation of cost rates and assurance of correct calculation of our products and services.
- Assure the compliance with transfer pricing principles.
- Support the management in the budgeting and rolling forecasting processes.
- Develop, edit and monitor the KPI´s and related processes in our management information system; support the management in reaching the quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Monthly reporting on the financial and operational performance.
- Monitor IC transactions and support consolidation process.
Required Experience, Education, Skills:
- Studies in economics with a focus on finance and controlling (Master degree or similar).
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the Controlling of an international manufacturing company.
- "Can-do" attitude and clear entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong interpersonal skills, stress resistant.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, good knowledge in German is a plus.
- Willingness to occasionally travel abroad.
