Order Management specialist - Iberia
I.BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Based within a shared service center in Prague the Order Management specialist is responsible for customer facing activities such as:
- Order entry and order confirmations to customers and sales as well as accuracy of price at order registration
- Answering queries from customers and sales in relation to product availability or orders.
- Receiving and register claims (financial and logistics) and ensure timely feedback loop to the customers.
- Interact with all functions (priority management and transport) in case of rush orders, campaign priority etc. via update of the systems and close loop follow up
- Credit and debit note creations after necessary approvals received
II. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :
1 Ensure all customer orders are entered correctly and in time with objective to deliver on customer requested delivery date
2 Maintaining a good professional relationship with the purchaser contacts of our retailers
3 Ensure for special deliveries all information is known to all execution parties (i.e. window deliveries)
III. ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:
Reports to department Team leader based in Prague
Interactions with other stakeholders :
• Contacts with local organizations (KAM, Sales representatives and warehouse )
• Contacts with Credit department & Consumer Care department in SSC Prague
IV. CAPABITILIES REQUIRED:
- Type of degree : College degree
Experience : 1-2 years’ experience in customer facing role
• Solid understanding of sales processes to handle methodologie
