Location: Brno
Main responsibilities:
• Daily contact with customers, via phone, email
• Communicate with clients in German, sometimes the rest of the calls is in English
• Handling telephone calls regarding providing services, reservations, telephone check-in etc.
• Dealing with customer queries and questions
• Work with the data in an internal systém
Requirements:
• Great language skills – fluent German and English language
• Good communication skills
• No experience is required, you can be a graduate
• Team spirit, flexibility and stress tolerance
• PC skills
